Lincoln Community School Ghana - Middle Level Leader Team Coaching - Natalie Kramer
Principal
We chose to invest in team training and coaching with Karin because we are a school that deeply values collaboration and believes in the power of collective efficacy. When we truly know one another as human beings and learn to leverage each other’s strengths, we become stronger leaders and teachers. This work helps us show up more intentionally for our teams and, ultimately, deliver better outcomes for our students—because they deserve our very best, together.
Our work with Karin Holley on Positive Intelligence has been nothing short of transformational. As a school principal leading a team of middle level leaders, this coaching experience has helped us grow not only as professionals, but as human beings. Karin’s guidance has sharpened our ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose. We are already seeing the impact—in our leadership meetings, in the way our teams collaborate, and in the positive energy that is shaping our school culture. This is collective efficacy at its best. Thank you, Karin, for empowering us to lead with intention and humanity.

Additional feedback from other leaders:
Karin has been a tremendous coach/trainer. She is understanding of individual needs. She is patient beyond reproach. She is kind. She is relatable... in fact, I felt—from Day 1—a sense of comfort and ease in our interactions. She ensures that people feel comfortable and safe. Typically, if I don't have a certain level of respect for an individual, I have a hard time opening up in order to learn, but Karin exudes trust and calmness. I highly recommend her.
Positive Intelligence has helped me lead with calm and empathy. I’m more focused and approach challenges with curiosity instead of frustration, which helps me support my team better. I listen more deeply and respond with empathy, building stronger, more trusting relationships. The daily practices help me stay balanced, resilient, and positive, both at school and at home.
Karin is a gracious, empathetic and engaging trainer who will always be a bright spot in your day. She supports teams to help them see the big picture, appreciate the strengths of individuals on teams, and helps you to focus on what is important in our lives and workplaces.
Doing the Positive Intelligence training as a Team:
- The chance to connect on a deeper level, share experiences, and support each other’s growth. It also made the learning process more meaningful and enjoyable. The biggest impact on the team has been stronger trust, empathy, and collaboration.
- I was a bit hesitant at first... there are a couple people in the group with whom I do not naturally connect. But vulnerability breeds vulnerability... if I am willing to open up and share, it seemed that others would do the same.
- Before this training, I felt I was the only one feeling overwhelmed, however, sharing during the reviled that others also have their own issues. That made me feel relaxed.
