Karin Holley has been working with our team since August 2025. Karin brings extensive experience in supporting international schools, and her work has made significant positive impact on the staff, parents and school community.

At the start of this school year our entire team participated in a professional development training led by Karin. The session was both insightful and inspiring. Karin guided us in reflecting on what we already do well as a school and where we can continue to grow. With great sensitivity and clarity, she helped us explore important themes such as anti-bullying, student well-being, onboarding for newcomers, a handbook for parents, support for vulnerable children, and building a strong and caring school community. Creating a culture of belonging. 

Karin’s coaching style combines professionalism, empathy, and deep understanding of educational dynamics. Following her training, our staff has continued to work on the themes of safety and belonging, which are now integrated into our weekly assemblies and classroom practices.
