I began coaching with Karin because I wanted to grow as a leader, strengthen my self-belief, and bring more clarity to my vision and priorities. Although I was initially hesitant (asking for support wasn’t something that came naturally) I’d heard such positive things about Karin that I decided to give it a go. I’m so glad I did. One of the most powerful realisations for me was that I don’t need to carry everything on my own; by helping others to develop, I allow myself to grow as well. Karin has a calm, insightful presence and a real gift for asking just the right questions to help you shift your perspective.
